New York State Officers of the Continental Army met at Mount Gulian in May 1783 to create an organization to perpetuate the ideals for which they had fought and to memorialize the sacrifices made to achieve American independence. That mission is as important today as it was more than two hundred years ago.
In support of that mission, contributions can be made to the New York State Society's Charitable Trust in two ways:
